Background and Education:
The oldest of five children, Michael Pike was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. However, his parents were natives of neighboring Meade County, Kentucky. After lettering in varsity basketball four years in high school in Louisville, Mike continued his education at the University of Louisville. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude, in 1991. Upon graduation from Louisville he worked for a family business for almost six years. In addition to working the family business, Mike began his legal studies at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He received his Juris doctorate in 1998. |

Law Practice:
While attending law school, Mike served as an intern with the General Electric Appliances Legal Operations Department. In addition, Mike was a member and editor of the law review, the Journal of Family Law, and wrote a student note in the review. He was also a member of the school's Negotiations Team. Upon passing the Bar exam, Mike began his practice as an assistant Meade County Attorney, as well as a sole practitioner. He later joined Skeeters, Bennett, Wilson, & Pike in 1999, and became a partner in the firm in 2001.
Civic Activities:
Mike currently is the attorney for the Cities of Radcliff and Vine Grove, advising the Cities, their elected official, employees, and various city boards. He is a graduate of the Radcliff-Vine Grove Community Leadership Program. He has spent a great deal of time in the community as coach for both youth basketball and baseball. Mike also has assisted the youth of our community by serving on the boards of the Vine Grove Baseball-Softball Association and was an initial board member for the Vine Grove Recreational Basketball League. Mike also has served on the Challenger Learning Center of Radcliff Advisory Board.

Mike is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, Hardin County Bar, Meade County Bar, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Personal:
Mike and his wife Julie have three children, Michael, Olivia, and Emma.
Hobbies:
Mike has a wide range of interest including theology, history, music, and various sports. A devoted family man, Mike enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible.
Areas of Practice:
Mike focuses his practice on personal injury and social security, municipal law, corporations and LLC, business formation, and estates and probate. Additionally, Mike oversees the real estate department for the law firm.
